*Did you know many centuries ago a
Israeli man would raid a neighboring tribe capture a bride and
flee before her family could seek revenge. He would then
spend the night under the moon in a secluded area with his new
bride drinking mead, which is liquor made from fermented honey.
The mead was referred to as bride ale, which evolved into the
word we now know to be bridal. The secluded night in which
honey drinking took place was known as the honeymoon.
"Interesting!"
